About Us

We are Magical Moments Carriage Company

In 2021 we began our journey in  Boise, Idaho, and we love sharing our beautiful horses with others, and the truly magical experience of an old fashioned carriage ride. We currently have two carriage horses: Sugar a 10 year old draft cross standing at 16.3 hands, Sugar combines the best of both breeds with her quick Quarter Horse brain and her Clydesdale elegance. Titan, our 6 year old Clydesdale gelding, stands an impressive 18.2 hands, and is a handsome and gentle representative of his breed. He has been pulling carriages for 2 years. 

What does it cost to hire our carriage service?

 Price depends on what Carriage you would like to use and service rendered. 


How many & what kind of carriages do you have?

 We have a beautiful surrey, we have an elegant and romantic vis-a-vis carriage, a wagonette for 6, and a more varied-terrain marathon cart

Vis-a-vi (Wedding Carriage) seats 4 adults, $700 for 1st hour and $1oo every hour after that

    Wagonette, seats 6 people is $600 for the 1st hour and $100 every hour after that

      Marathon cart seats 2-3, $200 for 1st hour $50 every hour after that

        2 Seat Surrey, seats 2. $500 for the 1st hour. $100 every hour after that.

          Our wedding Carriage ( vis-a -via) can carry 4 persons in the back 1 next to the driver. Marathon cart can hold 3 adults and driver. Surrey can hold 2 adults and driver. Wagonette hold 6 in back and 1 person next to the driver.

          We are willing to travel but price will reflect travel cost

          We do harvest and Christmas carriage rides around the holidays, we can also decorate for your theme if sufficient notice is given

           While we are actively working/driving the horses, we need them to remain focused on their work for the sake of safety and performance. when we are standing and waiting, or tacking/untacking, our horses love attention, and we invite you to enjoy rewarding them with it! We certainly like to.

          You can pay us by cash, venmo, and credit card. In order to save your date we require a contract and a deposit.

          We are available anytime evening and weekend. Please allow 24 hours for us to reply

          We appreciate offers of treats for our horses, but for safety we do not allow our horses to eat while being worked/driven. They are bitted and we need them to remain focused on their work to give you the best experience possible. Also, we carefully manage their treat intake to maintain them in optimum health. Thank you for wanting to spoil our horses though! We think they're pretty great, too.

          Our horses ware horse diapers while driving.  (Our vis-a-vis is equipped with brakes for safety and a diaper for horse manure, keeping your venue clean and sanitary while your memories are being made.)
